As we cautiously continue to deal with Covid-19, it continues to challenge both manufacturing and the logistics of shipping parcels.

The recent announcement from the Ontario government of new Covid-19 measures will be a challenge and we as everyone will need to make adjustments daily as the Christmas season progresses.

Luraygems.com is here as always to help you in all your needs related to custom jewellery design, our entire product line is based on individual orders. We promise to make every attempt to get your goods to you prior to the date you need them.

Luraygems.com does not stock an inventory of pre-made products; each work created is as unique as the persons ordering. Of course no guarantee can be made; we are all doing our level best in this unprecedented time.

While we do have control over our own production schedule, we have no control over shipping, which may be subject to delays

As such, we ask that you consider placing your order as soon as possible to give our team and our couriers as much time as possible to complete your custom order by your deadline.

We send strength to our hospitals and front line workers who are continuing to put Canadians and others first, and we hope that in these unimaginable times everyone can remain positive.
